What you'll lose

Everything tied to your account is removed — none of this can be recovered afterwards.

Course & package access

Any course, package or test series you've purchased — including ones still running — becomes unavailable, with no refund for unused time.

Progress & results

Video and PDF completion, quiz and subjective test scores, and your practice history — all of it is erased.

Live classes

Zoom sessions you're booked into and any class recordings you had access to are removed from your account.

Notes & bookmarks

Anything you've saved or bookmarked while studying goes with the account — there's no export after deletion.

Just switching devices, or taking a break?Your data is untouched until this request is actually processed — you don't need to delete anything for that.

Message support instead

Course purchase and payment records are kept separately for the period required by Nepali tax law, even after your account and learning data are deleted.
